Frontline role with product managers and engineers, emphasizing precise tone, clarity, and reliability. Hybrid in-office with some remote flexibility, collaborating with teams in Israel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on prompt engineering experience.
• Strong writing, tone and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and conversational frameworks.
• Basic programming in Python for testing prompts.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-turn conversations for voice and text agents.
• Write, version, and maintain a prompt library (system prompts, flows, templates).
• Test prompts against real recordings and transcripts; iterate to reduce hallucinations and improve tone.
• Work with product managers and engineers to implement prompts within constraints.
