Havenly is building a bench of in-person interior designers in Austin to work with clients locally and virtually. This freelance role involves collaborating with residential clients, delivering concept boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings, and sourcing furniture and decor through Havenly’s platform.

Applicants should have a degree in interior design (preferred) and 3+ years of experience with clients in-person or online.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program preferred.
• 3+ years working as interior designer with own clients in-person or virtual.
• Strong client communication and professional presence.
• Comfort using online tech to create concept boards, 3D renderings, floorplans, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Austin-area clients via virtual and in-home meetings to understand preferences, needs, and budget.
• Lead design process: mood boards, design concept, floor plan, 3D renderings.
• Source furniture and decor on Havenly platform and manage client relationships to drive repeat business.
