Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our South Austin clinic in Austin, TX. The role involves patient panel management across acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office, testing center, and telehealth care options.

You will participate in ongoing Clinical Rounds and collaborate closely with in-person and virtual teams. Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, Texas licensed, and active for start date is required.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics required or completed.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred, all ages 0+.
• Texas license active before start date; board certification or eligibility details.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health when needed.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
