Responsibilities
- Provide fast, fresh, and friendly customer service in a high-paced restaurant environment.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Master recipe preparation, including daily production adjustments based on raw material and customer demand.
- Assist with food prep, equipment handling, and catering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
- Deliver superior customer service, including menu knowledge and guest assistance.
Qualifications
- Culinary certification or equivalent training/experience.
- Experience in food prep and equipment handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of commercial foodservice experience.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and manage heavier loads with team assistance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, extended hours, and rotating schedules.
- Capability to handle exposure to various temperatures, fumes, and noise.
- Proficiency in reaching, bending, and other physical movements as described.
