Delivery drivers at Martin Bros. are responsible for providing on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders while delivering Legendary Customer Service. Our drivers are the backbone of our organization, earning excellent compensation and benefits while building rapport with customers. This is more than just a driving job; it's a rewarding career.

Job Overview:

Delivery drivers at Martin Bros. are responsible for timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. They do more than just drive semi-trucks; they hand-deliver products into customer facilities using a 2-wheel handcart and a ramp off the back of the semi-trailer.

Routes are scheduled with start times between 2-4 am, with some routes starting earlier or later depending on the schedule. The average driver works 10-12 hour days, currently averaging 50-55 hours per week. Routes are typically day routes, with work scheduled Monday through Friday, and drivers are home daily.

A Class A CDL is required, along with a good driving record.
