Job summary

International Paper in Aurora, IL is seeking a Production Technician for the 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shifts. This full-time hourly role offers a pay rate from $23.31 to $33.41 per hour, plus a $500 after 30 days sign-on bonus, $500 after 6 months, and a $500 retention bonus after 1 year.

You will count and stack finished product, read factory orders, and operate gauges and basic shop math. You will also document quality data, follow directions, and assist with machine cleaning and scrap removal as

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
