We are seeking high quality, motivated, energetic people. These positions are perfect for anyone who likes variety in the workplace and is looking for flexibility. Provide great customer service to our guests in a fast-paced, fun setting.

Job Description:

1. Prepare dough.
2. Roll, twist, and bake pretzel products and variations.
3. Prepare drinks (lemonade, soda, specialty).
4. Assemble orders for guests.
5. Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude to guests following the acronym GUESTS:
1. Greet guests
2. Urgency
3. Eye contact
4. Suggestive selling
5. Thank you & smile in voice
6. Work within a team to service the guests.
7. Operate cash register in accordance with policy.
8. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
9. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations/counter areas frequently.
10. Wash dishes & utensils throughout the shift.
11. Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, dishes, and supplies at closing.
12. Sweep/mop floors throughout the shift and at close.
13. Comply with Auntie Anne’s/V&J Foods dress code and personal appearance standards.
14. Perform other duties as directed by the manager in charge of the shift.
