Fort Collins Nursery is hiring a Horticultural Production Team Member to help grow and care for our plants at the Ault production facility. This is a physically active, outdoor role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no customer interactions.

You will assist with planting, watering, pruning, and general plant care, monitor plant health, and help move shipments and maintain clean, safe work areas while collaborating with a hardworking team.

• Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and general plant care.
• Monitor plant health and help identify pests or disease issues.
• Grow a massive variety of over 100,000 plants - everything from perennials to trees, with a big focus on natives.
• Operate and maintain horticultural tools and equipment.
• Assist with receiving shipments, loading plants and pulling orders, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet seasonal production goals.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday.
• Starting pay: $17.52 - 20.17/hr. depending on experience.
• This position is at our Ault Production facility; applicants must be willing to travel to Ault to be considered for this role.
