Fort Collins Nursery is hiring a Horticultural Production Team Member to help grow and care for plants and support facility maintenance at our Ault, Colorado location. This is a physically active, outdoor role with no customer interactions, ideal for hands-on workers who enjoy a team-focused environment.

The position is seasonal/full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $17.52–$20.17 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants must be willing to travel to Ault if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and general plant care.
• Monitor plant health and help identify pests or disease issues.
• Grow a massive variety of over 100,000 plants - everything from perennials to trees, with a big focus on natives.
• Operate and maintain horticultural tools and equipment.
• Assist with receiving shipments, loading plants and pulling orders, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet seasonal production goals.
