Position

We are seeking a AUKUS Program Office Phase 3 Requirements Support / Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's AUKUS I&A Phase 3 Directorate. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director and support budget formulation, financial data management, and program analysis. Occasional travel outside the DC area may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation of yearly program budgets, including contract and procurement costs.
• Manage and present financial data using NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
• Verify, analyze, and justify budget and acquisition data, ensuring traceability and consistency.
• Assist in task planning development.
• Travel to partner and stakeholder locations as needed, with opportunities for telework.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years supporting a DoD or NAVSEA program office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with financial appropriations (SCN, O&M, FMS).
• Knowledge of Navy acquisition processes and the DoD Acquisition System.
• Proficiency with N-ERP, NEPS, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, VA.
• Active SECRET clearance.

Preferred

• Familiarity with DoD FMR, Navy policies, and acquisition regulations.
• Experience with Congressional inquiries, audits, and program documentation.
• Experience with international partner coordination and FMS.
