Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club hosts the Masters Tournament and seeks a Hot Sandwich Maker to deliver quick, quality service for members and guests.

You will prepare and serve hot sandwiches, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food-safety rules in a fast-paced environment during event days.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.

The Hot Sandwich Maker is primarily responsible for serving hot sandwiches, ensuring all service meets Club standards. Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Prepares food items for expedient service.
• Maintains neat and orderly work space.
• Moves product in the most efficient way possible with safety being the top priority.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Complies with all rules and regulations of food safety and those set forth at the Club.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
