Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC in the United States is seeking a valuation professional to support engagements across transactions, financial reporting, and tax valuations. You will contribute to document production, analyze historical results, and challenge assumptions in future projections while building Excel-based financial models including DCF, market multiples, and discount rates.

You will work under senior leadership, manage multiple engagements, and participate in report preparation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written (including technical writing) and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Basic technical skills in financial modeling, model valuation, and model building (Excel-based).
• Ability to work on multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapid, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role in valuation engagement execution.
• Supports leadership with engagement management.
• Applies traditional and cutting-edge valuation approaches to corporate finance analyses.
• Works on business valuation engagements, including valuations for transactions, financial reporting and tax.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in related field
• Ability to work on multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
