Edina Public Schools is seeking an Auditorium and Media Technician to support sound, lighting, and rigging for district events and performances. Under the supervision of the Auditorium and Events Manager, you will assist in operating technical systems for auditorium and event spaces across the district.
No formal education or experience is required, though prior experience in technical theater is preferred. This is a temporary/casual role with hourly pay of $21 and PERA retirement benefits.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Auditorium and Events Manager, the Auditorium and Media Technician will provide supervision and assistance in the operation of sound, lighting, and rigging systems in district auditorium and event spaces for facility users.
Education and Experience Requirements: No education or experience required. Previous experience in technical theater preferred.
Salary Range: The wage for this position is $21.00 per hour.
Benefits: This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state's largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). Leave benefits will be applied in accordance with Minnesota law.
