Job summary

Summit Public Schools is seeking an Auditorium Manager to set up and operate audio/visual equipment for after-schedule and evening events at Summit High School and Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School. The role supports evening programs, assemblies, concerts, and presentations for internal and community groups.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, organized, responsive with strong communication skills; experience with theatrical lighting and sound is preferred but not required. Training provided.

Hourly position

Summit Public Schools is seeking Auditorium Managers to work events held in the school auditoriums at Summit High School and Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School.

The Auditorium Manager position is responsible for setting up and running audio/visual equipment for after-schedule and evening programs for both internal and community groups. Some examples include evening parent programs, assemblies, concerts, or presentations.

Experience with theatrical light and sound is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. We are looking for staff that are tech-savvy, organized, responsive and with strong communication skills.

The position is paid hourly and scheduled on an as-needed basis
