Auditor - Out of Box - Mid Shift

Summary

The OBA Auditor is responsible for the inspection, testing, and verification of various customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Performing Visual Inspections:
  • Assembly issues
  • Missing screws
  • Missing labels
  • Defective plastics
• Performing Software/Hardware testing:
  • Windows (7,8,8.1, 10, & Enterprise)
  • ChromeOS
• Performing Documentation Verification:
  • Traveler Form and physical Unit Verification
  • Customers Problem Description
  • Technicians Repair Action
  • Presence of Accessories
• Requires 75-85 inspected units within an eight-hour period.
• Requires 100% Pass-Rate through Shipping
• Must be able to adjust to performing a variable Lot-Sample audit of work product ranging from 33%, 50%, and 100%. Must be available to work overtime hours and additional hours are expected on Saturdays (7:00am-3:15pm), unless otherwise notified.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a repair depot environment.
