Columbus McKinnon Corporation seeks a motivated internal auditor to support SOX compliance and internal control testing across divisions and corporate departments. You will assist in scoping audits, developing procedures, and presenting findings to management.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 1+ year of accounting or internal audit experience, CPA or related certifications, and the ability to travel 10–20% domestically or internationally.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who willutilizethis opportunity todemonstratetheir abilities while learningthe aboutthe Company, its business, and internal policies and procedures. Individual will perform internal reviews to evaluate and report on control processes for all Columbus McKinnon divisions and corporate departments, to include assessment of internal control processes and documentation as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. This position will be considered a candidate for advancement to other roles of responsibility within the organization.
$66,600 - $75,000 per year
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in incentive plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
