Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation.
• Bachelor's or higher degree with 24 semester credit hours in accounting, auditing, or taxation courses.
• Master's or higher degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation with professional experience may apply.

Responsabilités

• Research the functions of the organization to be audited to determine purpose, organization, funds, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in establishing the audit scope by analyzing areas and time frame.
• Assist in planning audit activities and scheduling.
• Conduct rate audits of medical facilities receiving cost-based rates and evaluate internal controls.
• Prepare working papers documenting audit scope and conclusions; discuss findings with the organization.
