Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full‑time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Primary responsibilities for this position include internal auditing duties, such as:
Appointment Type: Probational.
LASERS requires all new hires to serve a minimum of eighteen (18) months not to exceed twenty‑four (24) months in probational status including permanent state employees.
Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Auditor 1, 2, or 3.
Work Schedule: 8 hours Monday - Friday, choosing a schedule with a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
The Auditor 1 position has an entry annual salary of $44,990.40 and maximum of $78,790.00.
The Auditor 2 position has an entry annual salary of $48,131.20 and maximum of $84,302.00.
The Auditor 3 position has an entry annual salary of $55,120.00 and maximum of $96,533.00.
