KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) is seeking a Manager in Audit Technical Resource Group to guide engagement teams on complex accounting and auditing issues. You will provide technical guidance, perform quality reviews, and support the delivery of high-quality audit services across industries.

The role requires a strong technical foundation in GAAP, data analysis, and mentoring of staff, with responsibility for training, templates, and guidance to ensure consistency with firm standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement disclosures.
• Experience mentoring audit professionals.
• Active CPA in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Perform Report Quality Reviews of financial statements and assurance reports to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues for GAAP compliance.
• Respond to advanced technical inquiries using standards and research tools.
• Develop and update technical tools, templates, training materials, and whitepapers on complex issues.
• Participate in internal inspections, peer reviews, and quality management activities.
