Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or licensure in progress and eligible to sit.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility in public accounting with a focus in audit.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• GAAP/GAAS knowledge; experience with Oil & Gas, Government/Single Audit, or Construction is a plus.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and/or CCH Engagement; DataSnipper or similar audit analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and ensure accuracy and timeliness across audits.
• Review junior staff work, mentor, and guide career development.
• Deliver high-quality client service aligned with GMP values and retain client loyalty.
• Utilize CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, DataSnipper and related tools to manage workflow and evidence.
