Qualifications

• BS/MAS degree required as baseline.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in employee benefit plan audit is a plus.
• Taxation knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff accountants as part of client engagement teams.
• Develop and train staff.
• Serve as the Engagement Lead on EBPA and other client accounts, managing planning, execution, and final deliverable.
• Develop engagement work plans, budgets and schedules; monitor status and adjust as needed.
