Job Description:- Design, develop, code, test, document and implement new programs as well as update existing programs as necessary.
- Applicant Unit Management.
- ORI Requests.
- Identify active NCJAs without ORIs.
- Confirm points of contact for new agencies.
- Create FBI ORI request letters to be signed and sent by LSP.
- Document ORI approval and account creation.
- NCJA Training.
- Develop new on-boarding training documentation for agencies with newly established ORIs.
- Obtain signed User Agreements.
- Create CJIS Online profiles for NCJAs.
- Non-Criminal Justice Audit Program.
- Schedule new agencies on the NCJA Audit Cycle.
- Escalate audits that have become unresponsive through call and meetings with agency heads.
- Ensure corrective action plans are created for non-compliant areas and completed within an appropriate time frame.
- Managing Outsourcing Process (up to 10 approvals/year).
- Communicate with NCJAs about the outsourcing process.
- Review artifacts needed for outsourcing approval.
- Conduct the technical review of the contractor.
- Manage outsourcing approvals in CJIS Online.
- Assistance with conducting audits in alignment with FBI CJIS Program areas that require audit.
- Creation of training documentation and delivering education material as requested.
Expertise And/Or Relevant Experience In The Following Areas Are Mandatory:
- 5 years of professional CJIS Security / Auditing support experience.
Expertise And/Or Relevant Experience In The Following Areas Are Desirable But Not Mandatory:
- Experience in Law Enforcement Auditing.
- Experience in CJIS compliant Vendor Vetting processes.
