This role will oversee multiple engagements, build and strengthen client relationships, lead audit planning and execution, manage billing and collections, and develop and coach team members. You will play a key role in directing resources to deliver high‑quality client service and contribute to firm growth and management initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA license
• 7 to 10 years of relevant audit experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating system knowledge
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analysis abilities
• Effective relationship building and leadership capabilities

Compensation

Base salary range: $130,000 to $170,000. Discretionary year‑end bonuses are also offered.
