Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are a midsize public accounting firm with multiple offices around the Chicagoland are, along with one in Kenosha, WI. We are about 70 employees and growing. We service a wide range of clients and industries including small to midsize businesses, non-profit, and HNWIs. We have a very loose Hybrid remote schedule with the ability to offer fully remote accessibility around the U.S. We prefer to have local employees that can be in the office on occasion to meet with clients and for major company meetings. We also offer full medical, dental, vision coverage, flex hours, generous PTO, and capped busy season hours at 55 hours.

We are looking for the next generation of leaders to come in and build their career within the firm. We have ample opportunity to move up within the company and even get on a path to partnership from an early point in your career. Our Audit team is looking for new members with experience in both for profit and non-profit entities.

What You Need For This Position

At least 2+ years of:

• Public Accounting Experience
• External GAAP Audits
• For Profit Entities
• Non-Profit Entities
• Employee benefit Plan Audits
• CPA Eligible - Required
• CPA Licensed Preferred
• Audit Manager Experience Preferred
• Tax Knowledge Preferred
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing Financial Statement Audits
• Reviewing Colleagues' Audit paperwork
• Working closely with clients as main point of contact
• Obtaining all necessary information and documents for audit
• Helping uphold company policies and best practices
• Overseeing and mentoring junior accountants
