Creative Planning is seeking an Audit Senior to join our team in Bloomington, MN. You will lead audit engagements, perform test work, and help deliver high-quality services to clients across industries.

You will coach junior staff, coordinate with engagement teams, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services experience in audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepares basic and advanced work papers with clear documentation.
• Drafts reports, footnotes and client communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
• Meet deadlines and manage assigned audit areas.
• Maintain client confidentiality and support risk management.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel at all levels.
• Develop understanding of client's business and service offerings.
• Support training and mentorship within the team.
• Participate in firmwide meetings and committees.
