Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Minneapolis office, with the option for other Minnesota locations including Monticello and St. Cloud.

You will lead and execute assurance engagements, collaborate with clients and decision makers, and help prepare financial statements and related disclosures. Required is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of audit experience, and eligibility to sit for the CPA exam (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
