Qualifications

• Public accounting audit experience required.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies and financial reporting standards.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple engagements.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review workpapers and ensure high-quality standards.
• Assist in developing staff through guidance and on-the-job training.
• Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships.
• Identify improvements and contribute to a collaborative audit approach.
• Work closely with leadership on engagement strategy and execution.
