Job summary

Vivid Resources in Arizona seeks a collaborative Audit Senior to lead audits, reviews, and compilations, mentoring associates and strengthening client relationships. This full-time role offers hybrid work options and travel primarily across the Phoenix metro area.

You will apply GAAP knowledge, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to high-quality financial reporting while growing with a people-first firm recognized for excellence in the region.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to delivering superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion.
• Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Researching and analyzing financial data and audit-related issues.
• Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes.
• Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations.
• Supporting additional accounting services as needed.
