Fidelity Investments is seeking an Audit Senior Analyst for its Risk Management team. This role is onsite as Fidelity transitions to a full-time onsite model by region and role.
You will perform independent audit and advisory work to manage risk and improve performance, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CIA/CISA preferred, and 3–5 years of external/internal audit experience, preferably in financial services.

The Audit Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing business and/or integrated audits in support of Fidelity’s businesses. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and collaborating with a successful team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
