• Have 3+ years of audit and attest experience within a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
• Experience with Caseware, CaseView, and Suralink (or similar tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and review all phases of audit and attest engagements.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on client engagements across industries.
• Prepare and review engagement workpapers, financial statements, and footnotes.
• Develop specialized expertise in key industries and provide insights to clients.
• Research and apply accounting and auditing standards (GAAP) to address issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a contact for engagement needs.
• Supervise and mentor Associate I/II staff; train junior staff.
• Ensure all work complies with professional standards and firm policies.
• Contribute to ARB’s client-centric, team-oriented culture.
