Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred).
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit/assurance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software (CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements per GAAP and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple client engagements.
• Conduct internal control and risk assessments to identify improvements.
• Communicate proactively with clients on engagement progress and findings.
• Research and resolve complex accounting/auditing issues.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards and deadlines.

We're actively seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead on audits, reviews, and other assurance engagements for a diverse range of clients. You'll work directly with clients, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred)
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit/assurance
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and teams
