What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
  • Collaborate with agencies to determine audit requirements and develop project plans
  • Identify risks and facilitate their resolution while tracking audit follow-up activities
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party auditors to gather necessary documentation and prepare reports
  • Represent CJIS requirements in product development and compliance assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
  • IT or Security experience, such as development, QA, or system administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with compliance assessments including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
