Job summary

Sproutup seeks a proactive QMS + Training Coordinator to drive quality, safety, and compliance across our facility operations. You will maintain our QEHS management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and lead SOP development and site-level training programs.

This dual-role focuses on audit readiness, data security, and implementing standardized training to improve performance and documentation across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a compliance, quality, safety, or training coordination role within an industrial, manufacturing, or ITAD environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, R2v3, NAID AAA, or ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, training logs, or audit records.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional coordination between ops, EHS, and IT teams.
• Able to lift to 30 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• QMS Ownership & Documentation: manage QMS documentation, version control, approvals and accessibility.
• Audit & Certification Readiness: act as site liaison during audits and track corrective actions.
• Training & Competency: develop SOPs and support onboarding and training for QEHS and data security.
• Risk, Safety & Compliance: support risk assessments on data security and environmental OH&S hazards.
• Cross-Functional Support: participate in site Gemba walks and collaborate with warehouse, logistics and IT teams.
