Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to acquisition, finance, or management.
• Knowledge of regulatory restrictions on the expenditure of funds.
• Familiarity with program planning and budgeting cycles and applying rules/procedures.
• Ability to manage projects within financial and time constraints.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional activities to develop and manage program metrics including funding and oversight.
• Analyze evaluation results and improve financial management processes for audit readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and publish corrective action plans for internal control deficiencies.
• Lead creation of process flow documentation for financial management processes and funding variations.
• Provide training improvements plans and establish milestones based on evaluations.
