The role requires over 5 years of experience in Internal Audit and relevant certifications. You'll work closely with department heads and manage a team of auditors while also being responsible for completing root cause analysis for identified issues. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant required.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager required.
• Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and reporting for various audits.
• Lead teams of Auditor(s) and Senior Auditor(s) during audits.
• Evaluate processes for adherence to bank policies and compliance.
