Responsibilities

1. Manage audit, review, compilation engagements, and multiple teams. Provide feedback to team members at engagement completion.
2. Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.
3. Oversee daily audit operations, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion.
4. Research and communicate on complex accounting matters and transactions.
5. Assist clients with GAAP compliance and FASB standards, addressing concerns proactively.
6. Serve as an instructor in training programs and meetings.
7. Participate in community, networking, and business development activities.
8. CPA License Required.
9. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting.
10. Ability to travel to client sites.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
