The Role: We're seeking experienced Audit Managers to lead audit engagements across diverse industries, including real estate, private equity, VCs, agriculture, construction, and nonprofit. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct client interaction, responsibility for managing audit teams, and an emphasis on technical quality and mentorship.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license
  • Minimum 6+ years of recent public accounting experience
  • At least 2+ years in a supervisory or manager-level role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodology
  • Proficiency with audit software (CCH ProSystem fx, Engagement, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations and real estate clients
  • Familiarity with CCH Axcess or similar cloud-based platforms
  • Exposure to employee benefit plan audits

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary in line with market + performance bonus
  • Salary Range: $125-165,000/year + (DOE) - flexible pending exp.
