Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an Audit Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead and execute high-quality audit engagements for our client’s public accounting practice. The role demands strong leadership, risk assessment, and compliance with professional standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting, with proficiency in ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC tools, and a CPA or Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Proficient in risk assessment and auditing procedures.
• Experience with ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion in accordance with professional standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement audit procedures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and interns.
• Review audit work papers and financial statements.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with new business development and consulting opportunities.
• Stay updated with current business and industry trends relevant to the client.
