Job summary

Talnt is seeking an Audit Manager to join its growing public accounting and advisory team in Denver. You will own key client relationships, lead engagements from planning through issuance, and influence the practice with strong leadership and advisory capabilities.

You will manage complex audits, supervise teams, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive client outcomes and growth. CPA is preferred and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong command of GAAP, GAAS, financial reporting
• Ability to lead engagement teams with clear direction
• Excellent communication with senior client leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through issuance
• Serve as primary client contact with CFOs and senior management
• Advise on accounting, reporting, internal controls and operations
• Oversee engagement strategy, risk assessment, and audit execution
• Review financial statements and engagement docs
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships
• Contribute to practice development and recruiting
• Be a trusted resource throughout the year
