Confident Search Consultants is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit and review engagements across industries. You will advise clients, ensure high-quality services, and guide business improvements for privately held entities.

Requirements include 5+ years of audit experience, an active CPA license, and strong communication and project management skills. Local travel within the Phoenix metro area is expected.

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software is a plus.
