Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Audit Manager for our client, a growing CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area, to lead multiple audit and review engagements across industries and serve as trusted advisor to clients.

You will supervise, mentor staff, apply GAAP/GAAS, manage deadlines, and support business development while traveling locally. CPA license required and commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements.
• Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues.
• Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates.
• Participating in networking and business development activities.
• Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth.
