Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of engagements to deliver value to clients.
• Lead the decision-making process for assigned engagements; keep the Engagement Principal informed.
• Develop a trained team through recruiting, planning assignments, resolving problems, and mentoring staff.
• Supervise the engagement letter process and discuss terms with the client; obtain client sign-off before start.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs; revise as necessary and present to the Engagement Principal for approval.
• Monitor time budgets and deadlines; communicate progress and recommendations to the Engagement Principal.
• Prepare final client meetings and ensure successful engagement completion.
