Kingfisher Recruiting represents a growing CPA firm seeking an Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across diverse industries in the Phoenix metro area. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding business and process improvements for privately held companies.

Responsibilities include planning engagements, researching GAAP/GAAS, coordinating cross-group services, building relationships, mentoring staff, and participating in business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience for privately held and not-for-profit entities.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management abilities.
• Professionalism and dedication to client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements.
• Applying GAAP/GAAS knowledge to resolve accounting issues.
• Coordinating services across client groups to deliver quality service.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates.
• Participating in networking and business development.
