We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager with a deep understanding of the Insurance industry to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our Accounting and Finance department, providing expert auditing services to our insurance industry clients. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in similar roles. Job responsibilities

• Executing the full cycle of audit processes, including risk management and control over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with directives and regulations.
• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
• Analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
• Preparing and presenting reports reflecting audit results and documenting the process.
• Providing objective, independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
• Identifying loopholes and recommending risk mitigation and cost-saving measures.
• Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management interventions.
• Continuously updating knowledge on sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and standards.
• Collaborating with team members for smooth auditing processes.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and training to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• At least 5+ years of proven auditing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of insurance-specific auditing and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in STAT and relevant auditing software.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently remotely with self-motivation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry and auditing standards.
