Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Audit Manager I in Internal Audit Learning and Development located in Mount Laurel, NJ (also Wilmington, DE and Charlotte, NC). The role blends audit execution with learning administration, owning the training calendar, course enrollment, attendance tracking, and CPE credit recording.

You will support instructional design and delivery, prepare facilitator guides, and assist with logistics for virtual or in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant audit/learning administration experience.
• Experience in learning administration or training coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including calendar management and basic reporting/analytics.
• Familiarity with instructional design practices and/or facilitator guides a plus.
• Experience supporting training delivery logistics (virtual and/or in-person).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day coordination of the training program and calendar.
• Schedule courses, enrollments, rosters, and track attendance.
• Record and reconcile CPE credits and completions.
• Respond to learner inquiries and coordinate with instructors/facilitators.
• Maintain accurate learning records and reduce duplicate enrollments.
• Assist with development of training materials and facilitator guides.
• Support delivery logistics for virtual and in-person sessions.
