Meadows Staffing Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing Audit & Assurance practice in a leadership capacity.

You will manage client relationships, lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and service a diverse portfolio of privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring budgets and deadlines, and identifying advisory opportunities while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience serving nonprofit organizations and conducting nonprofit audits is strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency with accounting software and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage multiple engagements while ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff.
• Review workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner review.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Identify opportunities to provide advisory services and additional value to clients.
• Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement planning, staffing, and scheduling.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
