Qualifications

• 5–9 years of public accounting audit experience.
• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements from start to finish.
• Apply GAAP and GAAS knowledge to resolve complex accounting and audit issues.
• Serve as primary client contact and build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate services across client groups to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Supervise, mentor Seniors and Supervisors.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for quality and accuracy.
• Support business development and client expansion.
• Travel locally within the Phoenix metro area.
