Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recent audit experience in a CPA firm.
• CPA license required.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with coworkers and clients.
• Governmental experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efforts of multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries with the ability to manage to budget.
• Work effectively with team members. Keep superiors (Director/Partner) informed of work status.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Resolve high level accounting matters for clients.
• Specialize in areas of expertise.
• Team with partners and directors on proposals and business development calls.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Participate in staff development.
• Communicate directions and deadlines to those you are supervising.
• Demonstrate an ability to conduct research.
• Present an internal CPE on a technical standard or issue.
