Job summary

CFS is seeking an Audit Manager in the Atlanta area to lead financial statement audits from planning to completion. The role emphasizes a true 40-hour work week with a flexible hybrid schedule (3/2) that supports work‑life balance.

You will mentor staff, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams while traveling locally within the Atlanta metro area. A Bachelor’s in Accounting and an active CPA are required, with 10+ years’ public accounting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA license required.
• 10+ years public accounting experience preferred.
• Solid GAAP and auditing standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning through completion.
• Mentor and develop staff on engagements.
• Analyze client operations and apply insights to engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and monitor engagement progress.
• Travel locally within the Atlanta metro area.
