Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across various industries. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding business and process improvements for privately held companies.

Responsibilities include planning audits, researching GAAP/GAAS issues, and mentoring staff, with primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area. CPA license required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
• Active CPA license
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements
• Applying GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
• Coordinating services across client groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
